They are the final two of five controlled stages: scope, specification, procurement, logistics and destination handoff. Installation remains a separate responsibility unless the written scope expressly includes it.
MWL is built around whole-home and project packages rather than isolated small orders, so delivery is priced and planned as part of a larger schedule.
Installation can be coordinated through local partners or client-side contractors, supported by MWL's packing, labeling and handoff documentation.
Shipping is planned during procurement, not after production finishes, so packing, QC, production timing and destination access constraints are aligned before goods leave the factory.
A pre-shipment QC review checks the approved item reference, quantity, finish reference, visible condition, labeling, and packing readiness. MWL tracks the review against the approved schedule or BOQ and consolidates photos and findings. Any deviation is recorded as an exception for written disposition before release.
QC records show the item's observed condition and checked references at the inspection or shipment stage. Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions, and claim procedures depend on the supplier's written terms and the project contract. MWL consolidates the QC and claim records without creating a separate warranty commitment.
The packing list should retain the BOQ item code or another traceable reference, with package, quantity, location, and shipment status. MWL reconciles the packing list to the approved BOQ and records substitutions, shortages, or split packages as exceptions. Receiving teams can then verify what was dispatched against what was approved.
The written commercial terms should identify the importer of record and the party responsible for customs clearance, duties, taxes, and destination charges. MWL organizes information and handoff between the named parties, but does not assume these obligations unless the agreed scope assigns them.
