What we collect
When you submit our design brief or contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, preferred contact method, and details about your project (location, property size, budget range, timeline, and any notes you add). If the form URL includes source or UTM parameters, those values may be included with the submission so our team can understand which service page the inquiry came from. When you use live chat, we collect the messages you send and limited technical context needed to deliver the conversation, such as page URL, locale, and conversation/session identifiers. The live chat widget may use cookies or browser storage to keep the conversation available across pages.
How we use it
We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry or live chat message, prepare a project scope review, understand which service context prompted the inquiry, and follow up about our design credit and procurement services. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
Submitted form data is delivered to our team via our email provider acting solely as a message carrier. Uploaded attachments are temporarily staged with our storage provider so they can be attached to the email and then removed. Live chat is provided through our Chatwoot service at chatwoot.kynora.world for conversation delivery. Google Analytics loads only after explicit consent. Analytics storage defaults to denied, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled, and IP anonymization is enabled. The persistent Analytics preferences control can revoke future measurement; revocation does not erase events already transmitted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have submitted at any time by emailing inquiry@mwlgroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
